Avocado Toast with Egg

Ingredients
2 slices of bread; 1/2 avocado; 1 egg; salt; pepper
Instructions
- 1. Toast the bread slices until golden and crisp
2. Scoop avocado into a bowl and mash with a fork
3. Season mashed avocado with salt and pepper
4. Spread the avocado evenly over the toast
5. Heat a nonstick pan and fry the egg to your preference (sunny side up, over-easy, or poached)
6. Place the cooked egg on top of the avocado toast
7. Sprinkle with a little extra pepper or chili flakes if desired. Serve immediately
