Beef Stir-fry with Vegetables

1. Slice beef thinly against the grain
2. Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry beef until browned
3. Remove beef and set aside
4. Add vegetables to the wok and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes
5. Return beef to the pan and pour soy sauce over
6. Toss well and cook for another minute
7. Serve hot over rice or noodles

Ingredients

100 g beef strips; 100 g bell pepper; 50 g broccoli; 1 tbsp soy sauce; 1 tbsp oil
