Pasta Salad

Ingredients
80g pasta (penne or fusilli); 75g vegetables (frozen or fresh, e.g., bell pepper, green onion, cherry tomatoes); 25g shredded cheese; 50g kidney beans; salad dressing
Instructions
- 1. Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
2a. If frozen vegetables are used: steam in microwave for 2-3 minutes or boil for 3-4 minutes.
2b. If freah vetables are used: chopped vegetables.
3. Rinse beans.
4. Mix pasta, vegetables, beans and cheese in a bowl.
5. Add salad dressing.
