Pesto Zucchini Gnocchi

Ingredients
100 g gnocchi; 1 tbsp olive oil; 1 red onion; 1/2 zucchini; 1 garlic clove; 60g basil pesto
Instructions
- 1. Prepare gnocchi according to package instructions (Tip: prepare in the airfryer for extra crispy gnocchi)
2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion with minced garlic
3. Add chopped zucchini and cook until tender
4. Combine gnocchi, zucchini and the pesto
5. Serve with some parmesan cheese
