Quick Chicken Stir-fry

1. Slice chicken breast into thin strip
2. Heat olive oil in a wok or large pan
3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant
4. Add chicken and stir-fry until browned and cooked through
5. Add chopped vegetables and cook until tender-crisp
6. Pour in soy sauce and toss everything to coat
7. Serve hot over rice or noodles

200 g chicken; 150 g mixed vegetables; 1 tbsp olive oil; 1 garlic clove; soy sauce
