Ingredients
150 g salmon; 150 g rice; 50 g cucumber; 1 tbsp soy sauce; 5 g sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice and let it cool slightly
2. Season salmon fillet with salt and lightly pan-fry until cooked through
3. Slice cucumber thinly
4. In a bowl, place rice as the base
5. Arrange salmon and cucumber slices on top
6. Drizzle soy sauce evenly over the bowl
7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving
