Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

Ingredients
200 g spaghetti; 5 g garlic; 1 tbsp olive oil; chili flakes; parsley
Instructions
- 1. Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente
2. While it cooks, heat olive oil in a skillet
3. Add thinly sliced garlic and cook gently until fragrant but not burnt
4. Add chili flakes and stir briefly
5. Drain pasta and reserve a small amount of cooking water
6. Toss pasta in the garlic oil, adding a bit of pasta water if needed to coat evenly
7. Sprinkle chopped parsley and serve immediately
