Spinach and Ricotta Pasta

Ingredients
200 g pasta; 100 g spinach; 100 g ricotta; 1 tbsp olive oil; salt; pepper
Instructions
- 1. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente
2. In a pan, heat olive oil and wilt the spinach
3. Add ricotta to the pan and mix until creamy
4. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce
5. Stir until evenly coated
6. Season with salt and pepper
7. Serve immediately with optional grated parmesan
