Ingredients
4 taco shells; 100 g black beans; lettuce; 50 g tomato; spices
Instructions
- 1. Warm taco shells in a dry skillet or oven
2. Heat black beans in a pan with a pinch of cumin, paprika, and salt
3. Chop lettuce and dice tomato
4. Fill each taco shell with beans, lettuce, and tomato
5. Add salsa or avocado if desired
6. Serve immediately while shells are crisp
